Our calling is not merely to stand with one particular nation, but to stand together to participate in God's redemptive work for all nations.

We honor the covenant that God has with Israel, while at the same time embracing His love for all nations, all peoples, and all communities.

In Christ, the dividing wall has been broken down. Therefore, we are called to be "One New Man," a single family, and God's fellow workers in bringing hope, reconciliation, and blessing to all nations.

Thus, our "standing together" is not a choice of political, ethnic, or religious side, but a choice to stand in God's will — cooperating, serving, and loving one another — so that the world may see a picture of His Kingdom through our unity.

Headset Translation — Attendees from each country can listen to real-time translation through headsets by their own interpreters. These are some commonly requested languages for interpretation e.g. Bahasa Indonesian and Mandarin. Deposit fee: 30 USD/set.

Come and experience Bangkok's number one tourism highlight with a special buffet dinner cruise on the "Wonderful Pearl Cruise." The Chao Phraya River is the heart and soul of Thai tourism, reflecting the nation's rich cultural heritage and offering guests a chance to enjoy delicious, authentic Thai and international food on board.

The highlight of the Wonderful Pearl Cruise is that the 2nd and 3rd decks are connected, giving delegates a spacious feel and keeping everyone in the same atmosphere throughout the journey. Boarding is at River City Bangkok.

Your room nights of 1 to 4 June and breakfast are all covered by your registration. Hotel check in is at 3:00 PM on 1 June. Bring your passport and a copy of your confirmation page and our team will be on hand in the hotel lobby to assist you from 2.30 pm.

Jaisamarn Ramkhamhaeng Church

Every session takes place at Jaisamarn Ramkhamhaeng Church, home to a large and welcoming Thai congregation. Worship, teaching and the evening sessions are all held in its main sanctuary.

The church is a separate address from your hotel (1.2 km away); so please allow time to travel between the two locations each day. Shuttle buses will be available in the morning to bring delegates to the venue and in the evening back to the hotel.

Arriving in Bangkok

Bangkok has two international airports — check which one your airline uses before booking.

Suvarnabhumi International Airport

BKK

Bangkok's main international gateway is the recommended arrival airport serving most full-service airlines (Thai Airways, EVA Air, Singapore Airlines, Korean Air etc).

Don Mueang International Airport

DMK

Bangkok's second airport mainly serves low-cost carriers (AirAsia, Nok Air, Cebu Pacific, Batik Air, Myanmar Airways etc). This is a good option for budget flights within Asia. Delegates should allow more time to travel to the hotel and venue.

Transportation to and from Airport — Conference shuttle buses will be available for airport transfer at both airports. Detailed shuttle bus schedule will be sent to you prior to the conference. Anyone travelling outside the shuttle bus schedule will need to arrange their own transport to and from the hotel/ venue. Metered taxis and Grab (ride-hailing app) are readily available at both airports. AOT airport limousine is another option at a slightly higher price.

Getting around Bangkok

How do I get around the city?

Grab is the app most visitors use for cars and motorbike taxis. Grab shows the fare when you book and there is no need to negotiate price. Metered taxis are also available for flagging down on the road but at times, drivers may ask for a fixed rate instead of following the meter. Uber does not operate in Thailand.

Daily essentials

Where can I buy daily essential items?

7-Eleven and FamilyMart are on almost every street and open 24 hours. They sell bottled water, snacks, toiletries, phone top-up and simple hot food. Most accept credit card or cash (thai baht).

Can I drink the tap water?

Tap water is not safe for consumption even when boiled. Please drink bottled water. It costs very little and is sold in every convenience store.

How do I get a local SIM card?

Counters for AIS, TrueMove and Dtac are in the arrival halls at both airports. Tourist SIM packages with data are inexpensive. Please show your passport as it is required by law for registering a SIM. You can also buy one later at any shopping mall or at most convenience stores.

Refund

100% refund will be given if a delegate cancelled for any reason prior to 31 January 2027.

After 31 January 2027, there will be no refund except on medical or emergency grounds. However, delegates can arrange to transfer the registered slot to another delegate by emailing the organiser at register@envisionth2027.org

Children

There will be no childcare services provided at the conference. Parents will be fully responsible for the well-being of their children. Delegates must register any children in the registration form.

Children below 4 years no charge if the child shares parents' room without any extra bed.

Children 4 to 11 years a flat discounted fee of 5,000 baht; triple sharing with parents with an extra bed.

Children 12 to 16 years a flat discounted fee of 9,000 baht; twin sharing with another room mate or triple sharing with parents
